I Didn’t Start This Work Because It Was Trendy.

I Started Because I Needed It.

For years, I looked capable on the outside.

But internally, I felt:

• Tense

• Overstimulated

• Emotionally reactive

• Exhausted but wired

I understood nutrition.

I understood mindset.

But my nervous system still didn’t feel safe.

That’s when I realised:

You can’t out-discipline dysregulation.

And you can’t mindset your way out of survival mode.

What I Discovered

Real change required integration.

Not just food.

Not just emotional processing.

Not just positive thinking.

It required:

• Stabilising physiology

• Supporting the nervous system

• Repatterning subconscious beliefs

• Meeting the inner child gently
