Experience deeper, personalised support with my one-to-one PSYCH-K® sessions.

Investment: €90 per session
Sessions can be booked individually or as a complementary addition to the 12-week programme.

 

These focused sessions are designed to help your nervous system release deeply ingrained stress patterns and subconscious blocks.

 

PSYCH-K® works at the core level where real, lasting transformation occurs — far beyond willpower, mindset adjustments, or surface-level insights.

 

Each session is gentle, supportive, and grounded, guiding you from a state of reaction to regulation, and from survival mode to a place of safety and ease.
