You don't need more willpower. You need to feel safe in your body.
I help women who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted, wired, and stuck—to calm their nervous system and come home to themselves. Gently, and from lived experience.
How I can help ↓
Where you might be right now
Capable on the outside. Exhausted on the inside.
You hold everything together—work, family, everyone's needs. From the outside, you look fine. Inside, you're tired, tense, and quietly wondering how long you can keep going like this. If that's you, you're in the right place. And you're not broken—your body has just been carrying too much for too long.
Does this sound familiar?
The signs your body is asking for change
Tired but wired
You wake up already exhausted, yet your mind won't switch off — even when your body is desperate to rest.
Eating to cope
You eat well during the day, then find yourself in the kitchen at night — not from hunger, but for a moment that's yours.
Starting over, again
You've tried the diets, the plans, the apps. You begin with hope and end up back where you started. Not from failure — from something deeper.

Hello. I'm Angela
I built this because I needed it myself
I grew up in Colombia, lost my mother at 18, and rebuilt my life more than once. I worked hard, pushed through, and called it resilience—until my body said, "Enough," in the form of Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.
That turning point changed how I understand health. Today I help women whose bodies are doing what mine did—running on survival mode, slowly running out. Not from theory, but from having lived it.
